Rob Frankle is a landscape and abstract painter born in 1958 in East Brunswick, New Jersey and currently resides and works in Brewster, New York. He earned a BFA degree from The Cooper Union in 1980 where his focus was graphic design. During his career as a graphic designer, he designed and art directed communications for a range of Fortune 100 companies.

Painting has been his full time pursuit since 2015.
Rob paints in acrylic on canvas or linen. He is known for his evocative use of color, tonality and composition. His images are inspired by memory, curiosity and imagination.
